Holy smokes, are we busy. Our crews have been trekking across the entire state of Iowa, going from one town to the next in order to put on some major concerts.
Two weeks ago, we welcomed Carrie Underwood AND Florida Georgia Line to the stage at the Great Jones County Fair. After that, we moved on to Des Moines to breathe life into the 515 Alive music festival. This week, we’ve warded off rain nearly every day in Davenport, running all sorts of shows at the Mississippi Valley Fair (MVF). At the MVF alone, we’ve seen the full gamut of singers, from 3 Doors Down to Rascal Flatts to Alabama.

This weekend, we’re heading up to Waterloo for Irish Fest, featuring a bagpipe cover band called the Red Hot Chili Pipers. To follow this busy week, we stay local for Weird Al Yankovic and The Doobie Brothers, then take split road trips on Thursday to Dubuque for Smashmouth and to Riverside for TOTO, and finally come back home for The Beach Boys on Friday. Whew! Even though its a busy time of year, this is what we love best about summer!
